Here are some Windows 7 updates sorted by Description. This list helps me avoid installing non-working updates for Windows 7. There are OK updates, NOK (not OK) updates, and failed updates (was not installed) – see the Result column. It is supported on Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and is included with Windows 10 May 2019 Update.NET Framework 4.8. Download.NET Framework 4.8. The.NET Framework 4.8 can be used to run applications built for.NET Framework 4.0 or later.NET Framework 3.5.
Note 3: You can download them without entering your e-mail address and captcha if you are a Microsoft Premier customer and have a http://Premier.Microsoft.com account.
Note 4: Carefully review the list and decide which might be applicable to your unique environment.
Note 5: Test in your test and your quality assurance environment.

To prevent users from changing the time zone, remove Users group from the list of accounts in this policy.TZUtil.exe: How to Change the Time Zone in Windows 10, 8.1 and 7?To change the time zone in Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7 and Windows Server 2016/ 2012 R2/ 2008 R2, a special command line tool tzutil.exe (Windows Time Zone Utility) is used. The policy is called Change the time zone. As you can see, time zone can be changed by the system itself, administrators and all users.
