Move the newly downloaded Minecraft.jar into the /.minecraft/bin folder, replacing the old version. Open up Minecraft and have fun! I would recommend backing up your old Minecraft.jar somewhere so that you can keep all of your current mods.

How to install Risugami Modloader 1.4.5 (Windows):
1) Go to Start > Run > Type %appdata%, hit enter.
2) Go to .minecraft/bin folder
3) Open up Minecraft.jar using WinRAR or 7zip.
4) Drag and drop the ModLoader.zip files into the jar.
5) Delete the META-INF folder in the jar.
